Game Rules

Dark Moon Rising operates using a customized version of the FATE Core Rules. Starting characters begin with 8 Refresh rather than the default 6, with a skill cap of Superb (+5) rather than the default Great (+4), and may start the game with up to 6 Aspects, including their high concept and trouble. The high concept should reflect any special abilities (such as if they can wield magic, or have a particular racial background) the character has in some way.
